How LiveJasmin Works, Explained for New Models

In one minute

Members load their accounts with credits. You meet them for free in free chat, then earn when they pay for something: a private show, a group VIP show, a gift or a message. LiveJasmin keeps part of every credit, and the part you keep grows as your earnings in the period grow. Money arrives after each period closes.

Credits: the only currency

Everything a member buys on LiveJasmin is priced in credits. The model wiki puts one credit at roughly one US dollar, so a price of 1.99 credits a minute means about two dollars a minute to the member. Your earnings are worked out from the credits spent on you.

Free chat is the shop window

Free chat is where members browse, compare and decide. It costs members nothing to watch, so the only income there is Surprises, and the wiki is explicit that offering sexual content in exchange for Surprises in free chat is strictly prohibited. Treat it as an audition: conversation, a clear description of what your private shows include, and good light and sound.

Private shows: where most of the money is

You set the price per minute. A brand-new account starts at 0.98 credits a minute.
The promotion period. New models get a promotion period that ends after 20 hours in free chat or 10 hours in private sessions, whichever comes first. At 0.98 credits a minute you are listed under the busy Promo filter.
A one-way door. After the promotion period, the wiki says the price cannot be set back to 0.98 again. Without promo or newbie status, the lowest price you can set is 2.49 credits a minute.
Invitations and discounts. You can send a member a private invitation with a discount between 10% and 90%. A separate "Hot Deal" runs at 50% to 70% off for established models, or up to 90% for newcomers. Neither is available while your price is 0.98, and both have cool-downs: 30 minutes between private discounts, an hour between Hot Deals.

VIP shows: one show, many members

A VIP show is a group format. You write a title and description, set a credit goal and a minimum buy-in, and run a pre-show countdown of 1 to 5 minutes while members buy in. The show itself lasts 5 to 15 minutes. The minimum buy-in is 1 credit for newcomers and 3 credits for everyone else. The wiki says VIP shows are listed under a VIP show filter on the main site for extra visibility, and you can't switch into a private until the VIP show is over.

The extras that add up

Two-way audio. Members can talk to you through their microphone during a private. You choose a per-minute price for it, or offer it free. Some member tiers pay less: the wiki lists half price for Casanova members and free for Eros members. Only one two-way audio private can run at a time.
Surprises. Voluntary credit gifts, sent live in free chat, privates, video calls and VIP shows, or offline through the messenger. Offline ones only pay out when you reply. Real Surprises come with an animation and a credit notice; a plain chat message claiming to be one is fake.
Selection. Models who finish a list of tasks in the Model Center, including good video and audio ratings, approved free content and profile pictures, an introduction and a filled-in willingness list, earn a better position on the listing pages.

How and when you are paid

Paid features earn a share that depends on your level in the current period; the earnings chapter has the full table. Payouts follow each period:

You can switch between standard and auto-fast in the Payout section, but a change made after the period closes only applies next time.
